The Surgery Center of Indianapolis, LLC was started January 2000. 

The Surgery Center of Indianapolis, LLC performed its first few cases on March 18, 2000 at its original location on North Capitol.

In February, 2006 the corporation opened a second location in Carmel. The Surgery Center of Carmel did their first initial cases on February 22, 2006 and obtained initial licensing on February 21, 2006.

As of May 1, 2014 the two Centers merged and are operating out of the 12188A N. Meridian located in Carmel, Indiana.
